MP 4,1 Dual boot after High Sierra?

I've got a MacPro 4,1, already updated firmware to 5,1 firmware. Runs great.
If I upgrade to High Sierra, it wants to update my firmware to the HS version.

Can I still multi-boot to Sierra after this firmware updating? Are there any other multi-boot issues after HS update?

As I'm aware, the firmware update is only to add support for APFS, and for all other machines anyway, dual booting to Sierra or any other OS is still possible

Correct. I can boot back to Lion.
