I picked up my Mac Pro back in March (17th to be exact...), from the UK online store with AppleCare via the HE discount (ie: it is an automatic enroll, it should just work). However, I just checked the AppleCare status of my machines...
1) The brand new MBP, bought with HE AppleCare, is covered until 2011. This machine is what, 5 days old? The AppleCare worked as it should, I didn't have to lift a finger.
2) The MacPro, is according to Apple, not covered. My emailed invoice clearly states "S2367Z/B EMEA CC- HE CONTRACT UPLIFT M", which is my AppleCare. Why hasn't this been applied, and how the hell do I go about activating it? There is no agreement number to put in on the online management options, and I can't get to an Apple Store any time soon.
