MP Reboots from sleep instead of waking up

Hello,

Just recently my 2008 2.8 dual quad started to sometimes reboot instead of waking up from sleep mode.

Now it is 100% of the time.

I just installed lion hoping that would fix it, no luck.

I've done the PRAM reset and software updates for everything.

My research has told me that this was a very common problem for this model, but the problem was 3 years ago.

There is a 45 page thread on apple's support page, but from what I can gather it's people describing their issue and debating on all that has worked and has not worked.

Any help is much appreciated.
