Mp3 as ringtone?

Hi to all, is that possible to set up mp3 track as ringtone for Iphone 3GS ?

You'll need to convert the file to AAC and rename to .m4r, then you can sync the ringtone with iTunes.

yea, it's a shame app does not support mp3..
