I am looking for a batch MP3 tagger that also searches internet databases for the track info of some of my albums.

I have tried Jaikoz, but that seems pretty slow.
Ihave also tried MusicBrainz Picard, that seems pretty fast but although it identifies most tracks for some reason it seems hit and miss wether or not it tags the MP3s.
I use Kid3 for all the manual tagging.

What do you recommend that should full fill my needs?

Metadatics is my go-to editor, it's pretty comprehensive.

I manually download cover art from Album Art Exchange then I use Musicbrainz Picard to initially tag the files. It's interesting that it sometimes fails for you because I've never had it miss a file while writing the tags. I did use MP3Tag via CrossOver but now I run it in a Parallels VM for manual tag editing and sorting via scripts.
