iPod MP3 to WAV (is there a way without a program?)

I recently got some cds that were burned using MP3s, and i inserted it in my computer, and iTunes didin't recognize it, and then something came up with some options to paly the cd, and iTunes wasn't one of them...

Is there a way that i can use the music on the CD in iTunes. I have Dell and Windows, so no mac stuff please

Well, if you open the CD in Explorer, can you right-click on a track and select iTunes from there? If you want to import the tracks, try dragging them from Explorer over to an open iTunes window.

What kind of discs are these exactly? Do they have mp3s ("MP3 CDs") on them as files, or are they standard Audio CDs?

I figured it out without the neccessitation to read this topic i made. thank you for all who tried to help
