iPod MP3 to WAV (is there a way without a program?)

I recently got some cds that were burned using MP3s, and i inserted it in my computer, and iTunes didin't recognize it, and then something came up with some options to paly the cd, and iTunes wasn't one of them...

Is there a way that i can use the music on the CD in iTunes. I have Dell and Windows, so no mac stuff please 🙂

Well, if you open the CD in Explorer, can you right-click on a track and select iTunes from there? If you want to import the tracks, try dragging them from Explorer over to an open iTunes window. 🙂

What kind of discs are these exactly? Do they have mp3s ("MP3 CDs") on them as files, or are they standard Audio CDs?
