mp3 transfer to player problems

Hey there,

This may be the easiest thing to do, but I just got a macbook and I cannot get my music files to transfer to my mp3 player (it's not an ipod). I tried using finder to drag the files over but they did not actually transfer to the player. Itunes did not pick up the device. Any suggestions??

I've actually never heard of that brand... Have you check with the manufacturers website to see if it is compatible with mac?
