MP4,1 exhaust fan replacement

Hello,

The exhaust fan of my Mac Pro 4,1 is nearing it's final breath... Very audible 😉
Cleaned it, didn't help...

Does anyone know a make/type of fan that is 100% compatible?
(don't want to bring the Dremel to the Mac)

Many people find it cheaper to buy another MP unit and part it out as necessary.

Search locally then eBay, people who part Mac Pros usually have it, it's not a part that sells frequently.
