hi all, trying to figure why an MP4 file of mine won't sync to my iPhone 4.

I converted an mkv file using mkvtools, using the iPad preset which should produce an MP4 that the iPhone 4 can play too. However it refuses to sync enough though iTunes plays it fine.

Ironically the iPhone app iDownload Lite plays it fine on the iPhone when I dragged it directly in thru iTunes.

Can anyone figure out why this weird thing is going on? Any way to determine whether an MP4 will be synced/played correctly through iTunes? Is the total bit rate being 0 an issue?

I've attached a snapshot of details of the MP4 file I'm having problems with.

I think something went wrong... A file which is 269mb with a bitrate of 157kbps on high resolution... that's a long movie or something, no?
Try re-converting, maybe on a different setting?
