I just converted a 30 minute avi to an mp4 with iSquint. When I drag it into iTunes, it doesnt copy over. If I drag it directly to my iPod, it says "Updating iPod...", but then nothing shows up. I even see the disk usage jump from 1.74 up to 1.77 then back down to 1.74 once the update hits 100%. Any reason for this?

that does sound odd, did you check your settings on isquint to ipod compatability, or customize them? also if your using newest itunes update make sure your copying it to the video catagory, i think it doesnt work if your in the music cat :S hope that helps, if not if you have quicktime pro ya can convert to ipod through that to see if it works, could be problem with the avi maybe, macs dont embrace the avi even with plugins.
