MPB just simply frooze

So I was running a few apps (Safari, iTunes,and iPhoto) and once I tried to click anything the curser simply got stuck on the loading rainbow circle. A simple restart fixed the problem but I'm just a little puzzled on why it out of no where just did that. Any idea's?

computers freeze...its a fact of life. as long as your hard drive isn't clicking or it isn't happening all the time then your prob fine. i guess you might also want to make sure it isn't overheating.

Check your logs. It's not common for the windows server to take its own life.
