MPB (late 2012/2013) lags in youtube fullscreen mode?

Hey, my new macbook pro lags when I put youtube in fullscreen mode, and i'm not sure why.

I have WoW open, but last night I didn't, and it still lagged.

Please help.

I have the 2.6ghz processor, 1gb of dedicated vram. Not sure why this is happening.


The "lag" is just super choppy screen effects, very unwatchable.

Make sure you have the latest Flash version, if you haven't done so also update to 10.8.3.
You could also try to use HTML 5 on YouTube.
If this all does not help try reseting SMC and PRAM and check whether or not the discrete GPU does the job instead of the integrated GPU.

I'm looking at upgrading from a 2009 to 2012 MBP, because I have these kinds of issues. It sounds like the upgrade doesn't really help??
