Has anyone seen this type of issue before on MPB 2016 w/TB. Opened it up and saw this.

Did you to clean it? It looks like smudges to me.

I agree with the above, its only smudges. Whats the problem?

You'll need to disassemble the entire thing and clean the LCD from the inside.
