Mpeg4 editor - like MPEG2 Streamclip?

I have a bunch of home videos ripped in handbrake (x264 high profile) and I want to cut some of them up and give them to family members, for example 5-6min out of a 35 min area. Like cutting and pasting an old Quicktime video. Is there something like MPEG2 Streamclip for mpeg4/x264 videos?

In MPEG Streamclip, you can use in and out points and then the trim command (all from the edit menu) to isolate the part, then the save as command. No transcoding.
