I ran into this problem TWICE today.

1. Start playing music on your iPad.
2. Switch to Safari and pull up MR.

Result: The music stops.

I think this might be because of the video that's embedded on the front page, but today was actually the first time I've played music on my iPad.

Anyone else with an iPad seen this? My expectation is that no web page should ever interfere with the playback of music unless I specifically click on an embedded video or audio file.

Yeah it's almost gotta be an embedded video thing. Lol. It's annoying as crap. So far the only glitch I've really had.

Have you tried it with other sites that embed video? I don't know but I doubt MR does it any differently for this to be an MR vs iPad problem rather than a bug with mobile safari on the iPad.

I can also confirm this odd behavior. Browsing to a video at youtube.com doesn't cause this to happen until you actually click the play button.
