Apps MrMC 2.0.0 released

As you might know, we are getting ready to release version 2.0.0.

Among a lot of fixes and bumps, one thing that might affect users is the database version bump if you are using MySQL with other Kodi installations.

We will officially release 2.0.0 at 12 noon EST on 30th March, if you would like to stay on 1.6.0 please make sure you set your device to not auto update the application, there is no way to roll back.

We hope you enjoyed MrMC so far and that version 2.0.0 will be even better

changes since 1.6.0 version:
+ bump core to match jarvis 16.1 RC2
+ bump to AE/17 and friends
+ added skin SIO2
+ added rar
+ added DVD iso/img playback, no VIDEO_TS yet
+ bumped all PVR addons
+ added music visualisations
+ fixed, iOS/tvOS. poke pvr manager when we re-enter foreground
+ fixed, bring back dvd settings
+ pvr handling changes, buffer and friends
+ fixed, tvOS keyboard handling
+ fixed, pvr livetv buffering issue.
+ fixed, calling into smbc_stat with empty strings
+ fixed, nextpvr crashing when response is not ok.

Plays most of avi they stopped working for me in last version (due to removed divx). Presume there is new code to handle these because it used to say "divx" in the info but now says "avi++"

A few still don't work but doesn't matter as they are real junk versions I have anyways.

I found a workaround to play my older DivX files with MrMC

DivX comes back in pending v2.2 version.
