I copied my iTunes music list to excel so that I could sort through some things. I am wondering if anyone knows how I can get rid of duplicates. I want to have a list of the artists, but I want to delete the duplicates, for example I have alicia keys listed 30 or so times for several different albums.... I want to have a spreadsheet with her name listed only once. So I want to delete the rest of the rows and have only one entry for each artist, without manually deleting the duplicates. Hopefully I explained this clearly enough and you can help me out.

I have Mac Office 2008 and 2011, so if you could help me with either of those, I'd appreciate it.

I don't think you can delete things without doing it manually. But, you can sort alphabetically, thus grouping all of the "duplicate" entries together. Then you can delete all but one with one "paint and delete" action.
