A acxz macrumors regular Jan 25, 2008 #2 You could try opening them in NeoOffice. Pages can also open .doc files but it doesn't always format Word documents accurately. If it's a .docx file you're trying to open then you'll need Office 2008, or you can use this: http://docx-converter.com/
