MS office metadata

my company save information about files (word and excel documents) not in name, not in tags... but in title!

this means that with explorer.exe activating the column title is possible to know what the file is about... but in finder I just got the tag column which is blank and no option to show titles

even if I open the details of the file in finder the title line is missing

is there a way, or a plugin, or an alternative to finder to access this information?

I thought path finder supports "title" but it doesn't.
