MS office metadata

my company save information about files (word and excel documents) not in name, not in tags... but in title! 😱

this means that with explorer.exe activating the column title is possible to know what the file is about... but in finder I just got the tag column which is blank and no option to show titles

even if I open the details of the file in finder the title line is missing

is there a way, or a plugin, or an alternative to finder to access this information?

I thought path finder supports "title" but it doesn't.
