MS Office toolbar submenus not clickable in Ventura, thoughts?

Hi,
It works with up and down arrows but not with mouse or trackpad.
I've Ventura ß7 and tried MS Office ß but no change.
Did a clean install of MS Office. No change. Did a safe mode reboot. No change.
Any thoughts ?
