Hey I reinstalled my system and everything is fine. It cleaned up a lot of gunk on my hard drive. So I began busting out my .dmg files to install apps. I got Office 08 installed and went to update. Downloaded update and the damn thing has been stuck for more than 20-30 minutes at the least. Screen below. What should I do? Should I terminate it and start over?

EDIT: I can't even force quit it. It just pops up a message saying installer is busy. argh I need to type up a school lab report! MS <= trash...

Move the window. Is there another one behind it? That might be your problem.

Nadyne.

Actually I asked this question on the Apple Discussion forums and someone said to repair permissions on my hard drive. I did it, and it works.
