Depending on the subscription plan, you might be able to install it on more than one machine. My Business-level subscription allows me to install it on my iMac and my MacBook Pro as well as use it on my iPhone and iPad.
where do I get office 2019 for a one of purchase... thx.If you don't want to rent software, there's always "Office 2019". It's a one time cost.
I'm not sure if Microsoft 365 is discounted because of COVID. If it is, that may yet prove to be the less expensive option, even after two years of leasing.

Here's Microsoft's link. Office Home and Student 2019
If you think you need more business features (or the home and student license doesn't cover your business) it'll cost you more.
