iPhone MS OneNote- not 100% synced

I'm trying to fully sync a notebook on my OneNote app but it's not synced 100%. I see "Syncing..." at the top but it's been there for ages. I tried to close the notebook and re-sync but I'm getting the same results. Any ideas?
