MS Word 2004 crashes

Hi All,

I am an iMac user. MS Word 2004 quits immediately during a document printing. Is it based on printer driver or a word software bug? I hope that the latest printer driver is installed on the workstation and server. I could print documents from Photoshop and other application except Word. anyone has any idea?

Which iMac are you using?

What operating system are you using on your iMac?

Do you get an error message when Word quits?

Is it just a single document that this happens on, or is it anything that you try to print from Word?

Are you up-to-date with your Word 2004 service packs? You can tell by going into the Help menu in word and selecting "check for updates"

Can you print to another printer? If you don't have access to any other printers, you can print to PDF from the print dialog.

Is this a printer that you have hooked up to your computer, or a printer that you're accessing through your network?
