MS Word --> PDF Hyperlink Question

I wasn't really sure where to put this post as it is more of an office type issue, but here goes:

I have an MS Word document with a number of embedded hyperlinks to websites. When I print to PDF, the hyperlinks stay blue, however, the links don't work. Is there a way to keep the links?
