.MSI file help!

I have a ".msi" file i need to open and i can't figure out how to do it!? Can anyone help me? The Installer app wont work

An .MSI is a Microsoft Installer file. It will not install on a Mac. I do not know if it will install under Virtual PC, because I do not own VPC.
