If your talking about the messenger you can go to www.meebo.com from your touch and log in there.

Since the Apple touch and the iPhone don't officially supprt 3rd party apps the quality of the messengers arent very good. The browser version of messengers are almost always crippled.

Some web based msn applications use java. Does anyone know if the touch supports java or if it can be downloaded?

I have been using meebo since a very long time and I have never had any problems with messages. I would suggest you to relogin and try again.

Beejive is definitely the best out of the three, I've been using it quite a bit and it's been great, considering it's a web app.

    Both are like that.
The name that is showing on the touch is a name i used 3-5 days ago. Its still showing that name and not my current name.

Tirilian looks very promising. Check here for more info on the iPhone/iPod touch version.

Works on the iPhone, so it should be working on the iPod Touch as well I think.
