MSNG What is it?

i was playing around with the new version of Mac Pilot and there is a MSNG folder listed under start up items....what is this?

Do you use Microsoft Messenger? Its probably that.

I do have office installed on my MBP, however, never once used messenger. I thought that it might be that. was just hoping it wasnt anything bad. its kinda scary when you search it in google.
