Hey forumers, I've been trying to make a little movie for a school project for which I got some raw footage from my teacher in .MTS format. They're right now sitting on my HD and I can't seem to import it into iMovie. I googled how to do it but only found a way to import the format into iMovie from a camera, which I don't have. Do any of you have a suggestion? I tried converting, it worked but now I have an ugly watermark over all my video's which I can't crop out. Maybe there's a free converter which doesn't leave those marks?

Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the suggestions, but I was looking for something for which I don't have to pay, but I guess it doesn't exist.

Ok so now i Downloaded Toaster 10 titanium and converted all the video files. The new problem I've stumbled upon is that iMovie doesn't want to import the newly created files.... I converted the files to .mov and .mp4 in different qualities, but it just won't import. Any suggestions are welcome! Thank you!
