Wow. I've owned probably a dozen pairs of gloves over the years - and I don't think I've spent $195 on all of them combined!

I've spend that money on gloves, am I crazy? No, it depends on what you do.
I always go to My job by bicycle and I get cold hands easily, and I hate cold hands, hurts like hell.
Those gloves where a leather outside, then a goretex inner glove and then another glove layer of fleece.
It's Goretex which make them expensive, all goretex have to be certified to get a license to make them.
Is it too expensive, not when you don't own a car which will cost a lot more in petrol, taxes, maintenance and the like.
There are a lot of people who buy expensive gloves, motorbikers for instance.

Would I buy gloves like this, no, I just get one glove of when I get a call but it is rare in the morning so early and in the afternoon I could easily just ignore it and call back when I am home 20 minutes(10 Km) later.

Yeah $195 for a pair of touch capacitive gloves is crazy.

I have a pair of North Face eTips. The style looks better than my Agloves, but they don't function as well. First, the eTips only have capacitive thread on the thumb and index fingertip area, nowhere else. Plus the tip is a bit flat, so it's not as easy to get accurate typing as an Aglove, which contours to your fingertip shape. The Agloves work well, but just keep them away from velcro as the fibers get frayed easily.

I got a pair that are great for $4 at Walgreens. Why pay $33?
