Mulitiple Bluetooth Connections

So I was wondering, would i be able to connect my phone to both my car and apple watch, could be a bit tedious swapping devices?

I would think so. It wouldn't really be practical if you couldn't. Multiple Bluetooth connections are possible on other devices so I don't see why not.
