Mulitple WEP keys

I have multiple WEP keys setup on my router, 4, and have the router set to Auth to key #3. My new Intel iMac would see my network but when I put in my WEP key it gave me "invalid key" and no option to select WEP key # to use. I only got things connected and working once I set my router to use key #1 and then passed the specific WEP key from the iMac to the router.

Is there any place in the network setting for telling the wireless to use WEP key #3 (or any other key besides #1)or do you always have to have your router set to auth to key #1 to get the airport NIC to work (connect).

I would use WPA instead of WEP it provides a stronger encryption.

i don't know if this software will work with your Intel iMac, you may have to run it on a older Mac to generate the keys.
