Multi-Colored Video

This is taken with the iPhone 4s about 20min ago, Any idea why the lighting / colors seemingly change? It isn't sunny outside, sky is 100% overcast with no sun and the grass is uniform in color but the iPhone doesn't record it that way.

I have 3 minutes of my dog running around and it keeps flashing between the two tones of green.
