Is there a scanner in which the automatic document feeder can feed 4 x 6 photos along, and scan automatically? I'd like to commit some of my snapshots to CD-ROM. They don't have to be totally reference quality, I just want to be able to view them easily.

I think their is an HP product like that but i will look into it and get back to you with a better answer.

I have done just that with my Brother MFC. The only thing, is that you cannot put TOO many photos at one time, or they will feed more than one at a time. Maybe 10 or so at a time works, but test for yourself. I also have a Canon LiDE 50 (or is it a 60 -- does not matter in this case) that will do multi-scans on a flatbed. Depending on size, you can do up to 6 photos with one scan. Works great!

Thanks for the comments thus far. I'm still looking at replacing an ancient HP printer (works perfectly, just got no properly working Mac drivers) so if an all-in-one will do the job too, that would be great.
