Multi quote use

I tried to use a multi-quote and although I could quote all three posts I couldn't actually quote them in my reply.
Could some kind soul enlighten me or point me to somewhere that will tell me?

What sort of issue did you actually run into? Did the quotes not show up in your reply when you went to insert them, or something else happened?

I didn't see an option to insert them.

I just tried it again and now the insert button is there.
I don't know what went wrong.
