multi-touch interface

Hi,

Has anyone heard any rumors about Apple coming out with a true multi-touch interface on a laptop or desktop? I know the powerbooks came out today with a multi-touch interface, but it's touchpad only-- not touch screen like the iPhone and iPod touch. I'm really, REALLY wanting a fully multi-touch interface on a full computer.....

I think you mean the MBP's not the powerbooks. Give it time......

Yes, but with the kind of interface the iPhone and iPod touch have. The modbook is just a regular tablet with a regular tablet interface (stylus driven). Unless they're planning to change that.....
