multi touch rotate

I have been looking at the videos showing the multi touch track pad and was wondering what program they are using to demo the multi touch as i cannot get the trackpad to rotate like in the video. i am opening the pics in iPhoto.

first things first..do you have a new touchpad in your machine? if you have an older MB or MBP, chances are you don't have this ability.

if you have a newer MB, MBP, MBA you should be able to do it in preview/iphoto/aperture.

the laptop is the new 15" macbook pro (only had it since friday) the rotate works in iPhoto but not as smoth as in the video.
