15 business days have gone by since Apple said they would send me a replacement iPhone to address a hardware issue that is covered under AppleCare.

It did not ship after 3 day business days. They said to wait 5. It did not ship after 5. They said to wait 10. It did not ship after 10 and now they are asking me to wait 20 business days (4 calendar weeks).

Anyone else experience long wait times?

Did you contact Customer Care/Service and let them know that you're waiting for a replacement phone and the date keeps getting pushed back? Let them know that this is unacceptable and politely ask them to expedite the replacement.

I have called. I went from advisor to senior advisor to customer relations specialist.

I do live in the US. Apparently they simply do not have any phone in my model (iPhone 8) to overnight.

I have another scheduled call on Monday.

Just trying to figure out if others are having this experience as well.

They should send you something that is a similar model than like the new iPhone SE.

Yup. At first they said they would do that if I wanted for 2 weeks and the replacement was not available. At the 2 week mark they said they changed their policy to 4 weeks. I'm three weeks into that four week timeframe.
