This is driving me crazy, and I know I'm just missing something simple, but I can't figure out how to use Thunderbird to manage two separate email accounts. I got my main account set up with no issues, but now I can't figure out how to set the program up to also manage my secondary account.

How do I set up a second account in Thunderbird?

How do I set up a second account in Thunderbird?
Select the Tools > Account Settings... menu item.
Click the Add Account... button.

This should be exactly how you started to setup your first account. If there is something special about your second account, then you need to be clear about why this account so difficult to add. Thunderbird supports POP3, IMAP, .mac, and Gmail. If your second account is not one of these types, then you need to say what it is.
