Multiple Apple Tvs

i currently have 3 apple tv 4k’s in the house under the same apple id. All of them show the same apps in the same spots. How do i remove apps from one and not have all of them be affected?

I think you have to turn off the iCloud home screen syncing in the settings App.

I have two under the same ID and deleting from one doesn’t delete from the other.

Nope. I prefer to control it myself.
