Multiple audio output devices simultaneously

Is there a way or an application to send audio to multiple output devices simultaneously? For instance, if you had headphones and wifi speakers and wanted to select and send audio to both at the same time?

I had the same question a few months ago. I followed http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1215. I had Leopard, but it should still work with Snow Leopard.

Edit: Okay, so I searched your title and the first hit was on macosxhints forums. I don't know why you are only getting audio out of one device. Sorry I am out of other ideas.
