multiple contact "groups"

Hello,

When I go into Contacts and press on "groups" in the upper left I have the following sections:

All Contacts

All on My iPhone
Co-Workers (group from Address Book)
Inner Orbit - group from app called Orbit

Then my contacts setup via my Google (exchange) account


My question is, how do I pare these lists down easily, without going into each one and deleting one by one.

The only reason it's really an issue, is since installing the app Orbit, when I go into my contacts from there I get multiple entries.

Is this making any sense??
