Multiple device pausing

So I realize as soon as you start listening on another device, the previous device pauses.

This happens as well on Beats 1.

I think Beats 1 should be an exception. If I grab my phone out for a jog, wouldn't want to stop radio for all at home.

Since it's free for all anyway right?
