IOS 8 has little bugs we all have seen since the iPhone 6 came out, but I have noticed one (at least a bug for me) that happens somestimes. I use the typewriter notification sound for email and sometimes I have it play two, rarely like 3, of the notification sounds at the same time over lapping them. Most of the time, it is just one email came in and it does this. I don't think this was on 8.0 out of the box, but now later after the first update I have seen this, though I am not sure. Not a game changer, but a really weird bug I am wondering if it is my iPhone 6/IOS 8 install or others have seen this?

I have this as well. I believe its been fixed in 8.2 beta.

Ah ok, good to know. One time it played like 3 or so, was really weird, and I wife looked over and asked "Your phone having a seizure?" lol :D

Yeah it got quite annoying. I've turned off sound alerts for mail in the meantime.

This was discovered long ago and there's a whole separate thread on it.

Bottom line - yes it happens, and yes it's annoying and wasn't fixed in the last two iOS 8 updates.

I'm not holding my breath for 8.2 to fix it.
