Hi, all. I have an almost new 2.4 MBP Penryn with 4 GB of RAM. Recently, it has started having kernel panics quite often. It happens when I try to wake it from sleep after simply closing the lid. Sometimes, even after restarting from that one, it will almost immediately give me another. I am talking to the tune of as many as 4 or 5 a day. Is this likely the RAM? Before I start taking it out, I wanted to be sure that even something this bad could be that and that no one else had any other ideas as to what it could be. Ugh...

One of the most likely causes of frequent kernel panics is bad RAM.
