multiple libraries in Photos

In Photos I created new album "friend" and I imported into It all images of 2nd iPhone.
Now I wan to create 2nd Photos library where I want to move images which are contained in friend album.
So I'll get 1st library with only the images of 1st iPhone and 2nd library with only the images of 2nd iPhone.
Can I make it ? How? Suggestions?

Not exactly sure what you are trying to do here, but, can only have one active library in Photos.

What you can do is export photos from one library, then change Photos to point to the second library. Then you import the exported photos into the second library.
