Is it possible to use same magic mouse and keyboard for different macs simultaneously or at-least to switch alternatively without having to disconnect and pair them individually?

No. There are other products that can do this, at least other keyboards.

Logitech K811 is probably the best wireless backlit keyboard you can buy and it will connect to 3 devices simultaneously. It is bloody expensive though.

you will need non bluetooth connections.

We sell usb switches at work.
2 computers can share 4 devices at push of button.

so any wireless keyboard/mouse set with usb dongle or wired set be fine.
