This issue occurs in iOS 15 as well as iPadOS 14.8. But since we are at 15 now, I’ll place it here.
I got a spam text message today which had 10 phone numbers listed for it. I couldn't figure out a way to simultaneously select all 10 phone numbers at once then select to ignore them and then place them in my Ignore list. It is ridiculous that it now takes 9 friggin’ clicks/presses to block a single phone number from a text message then place it in the Ignore Spam contact. Now multiply that by 10 phone numbers. It took me 5 minutes to block this one spam source! Apple really doesn’t get simplicity any more. We should be able to select a text message, press once to label it as spam and block it (including all phone numbers attached to it) then be done. Personally I think a text message we receive with multiple phone numbers should be automatically blocked anyway unless they are in your VIP list.
Also, in Settings —> Messages, both on iOS 15 and iPadOS 14.8, pressing Blocked Contacts option freezes Settings. Happens on both my iPhone XR and iPad Air 2020. I have to manually close Settings then reopen it. Must be a bug.
